No smoking or vaping. Do not move any furniture. Nothing other than toilet paper down the toilets. Quiet hours are after 10 pm - please respect the neighbors, who are full time residents.

Check in is at 4:00PM and check out is at 10:00AM. Enjoy the sparkling heated pool year around* (optional heating for $100/night-must be for full stay). Warms to 90°. If pool heating is requested, host needs 48h notice prior to arrival so we can properly prepare the pool. Please note that heater will continue to run as long as air temperature allows. The minimum required air temperature for operation is 50F. You might occasionally see a friendly neighborhood dog wandering nearby. They are very sweet, but if you’d prefer they keep their distance, just let us know and we’ll give the neighbor a quick shout.
